This aristocratic semi-annual wine was made using the Cuve Close method from French millesime grapes of Chardonnay and Sauvignon. Chardonnay is recognized as the worlds’ best for the production of champagne. It acquires an elegant lightness when blended with Sauvignon.
This beautiful light golden champagne is aged for at least a year after classical secondary fermentation on special French yeast in a separate stainless acratophore. It will delight you with a long “game” of bubbles in a glass, bright fruity taste with floral honey hints and lingering aftertaste.
The drink is served chilled up to 9-10 °C.
