BAIJIU Eastern Tradition
Baijiu is a product opening up a new category in the Belarusian market. This is a strong alcoholic beverage made in the best traditions of Baijiu production. This drink goes back to the original product, which is produced and drunk mostly in China, as well as in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Baijiu means “white (pure) spirits”, i.e., a strong alcoholic beverage (40%) produced from several distillates. It has a bright and full-bodied aroma.
Baijiu. Soy Sauce is made resembling baijiu sauce. It has a long-lasting aroma of soy sauce, which will be a great addition to Asian cuisine.
Baijiu. Tomato and Nutmeg is infused with the woody aroma of nutmeg and the pungent flavor of tomatoes. The taste is complex and rich, it perfectly goes with fatty foods: wings, sausages, grilled meat, as well as Chinese or other Asian cuisines.
