Soviet Champagne is Now Dry, Too!
In September, we launched dry versions of two of our leading products – Soviet Champagne Ambassador and Soviet Champagne Premium.
Both kinds are well suited for special occasions, celebrations, or simply as the accompaniment for a heartwarming gathering.
This is dry champagne with an elegant and refined flavor. It is made of specially selected champagne wine materials from the best grape varieties. It is p
roduced by individual champanization using traditional manufacturing techniques similar to the Charmat method. It has a rich light straw color, typical flavor and aroma of noble Champagne with delicate fruity tones. It has a long-lasting mousse with sparkling bubbles. It is perfect for those who prefer light and refreshing drinks.
Classic sophistication for aesthetes. Beautiful straw color with a sheen. The bouquet reveals fruity notes. A harmonious flavor with balanced refreshing sourness. Best served chilled to 7–10 °C, but it will surprise you with its mousse and long-lived perlage. This elegant champagne is made using the Cuve Close method. At the heart of it is the Chardonnay variety, recognized as one of the best in the world for the production of Champagne wines. The Sauvignon variety brings exquisite lightness.
