CHINGU SOJU
The homeland of soju is Korea. Due to its origin, it is often referred to as "Korean vodka". In South Korea, it is the most popular alcoholic beverage that has become a local attraction in its own right. Riding the wave of the growing popularity of South Korean culture, it is gradually spreading around the world and has now reached Belarus. Traditionally, this drink has a neutral taste with a slight hint of sweetness. However, soju to which fruit juices and flavours have been added is particularly popular.
Soju can be served either cold or warm, but no ice is added to the drink.
It is customary to drink it in small sips, emptying the shot glass in several goes.
