ABSENTER

We present our version of the legendary drink much praised by writers and artists.

At the heart of ABSENTER, as it should be, is wormwood extract complemented by aniseed and mint. The flavour is balanced, not sweet, with a slight, noble bitterness in the finish.

The ritual of drinking absinthe is seen as an integral and essential part of the culture of the drink. It should be cooled to +1–2 °C and poured into shot glasses. The contents of the shot glass should be consumed in one gulp. It is usually recommended not to drink more than 30–40 ml of the pure drink at any one time due to its high alcohol percentage. If absinthe seems bitter, it can be thinned before drinking. The beverage mixes well with tonic, cola or juice.
