Soviet Champagne EXPORT
An export series of Soviet Champagne, designed to cater for the tastes of international markets, has been launched.
The whole series is produced by the method of bottle champagnisation.
A magnificent blend (Grand Cuvée) of special Champagne grape varieties undergoes secondary fermentation with selected French yeasts. The champagne is then perfected by further ageing on the lees.
The champagne has a beautiful pale straw colour with a sparkling finish. It reveals white flower aromas with hints of fruit. A smooth flavour with balanced, refreshing sourness.
The play of bubbles is delicate, long, with elegant spiral cascades.
3 varieties have been developed – semi-sweet, semi-dry, and brut.
