VERDEJO & GLERA Brut White Sparkling Wine

We are thrilled to present Casa Mosaico’s new white sparkling wine – Verdejo & Glera.

This blend of two grape varieties combines Spanish Verdejo with Italian Glera. Glera is used to produce the famous Prosecco, and Verdejo is hailed as the ‘white gold’ of Spain.

The wine is approachable and quaffing. It has a brilliant pale straw hue with fine, delicate bubbles. It has a bright fruity aroma with subtle floral notes. This well-balanced wine delights the palate with crisp acidity, fruity notes, and a honeyed, slightly bitter finish.

Perfect pairings: Fish, seafood, and cheese.
