It is a fine wine of pale straw colour made from Rkatsiteli, a popular Georgian grape variety, which is grown in Moldova.
It has a tart, pleasantly rich flavour with fruity notes and a subtle bitterness in the finish. The aroma is herbaceous and floral with a refined citrus touch and a hint of spice.
Perfect with fish, seafood, and white meat.
