“Chocolate” liqueur (alc. 18%) is a truly exquisite drink with a mild elegant chocolate flavor and refined aroma. It is perfect when taken neat, on the rocks, with coffee or ice cream. It is also good for cooking or making cocktails.
How to drink Chocolate liqueur:
- Chocolate liqueur is served after the second course, immediately before or together with coffee or tea. Non-chilled liqueur is poured into special 25-60 ml liqueur glasses. If some ice is added into the glass, the resulting drink is called “ontherocks”.
- Chocolate liqueur is perfectly combined with hot chocolate, ice cream, coffee, cream or milk. Serve this drink with a cup of coffee, crumbly biscuits, sweet pie or walnut cakes. It also makes an ideal combination when served with oranges, grapes or apples.
- Addition of this exquisite delicacy to many desserts not only brings a velvet touch of chocolate to the finished dish, but also makes it look very attractive.
